There are three large pavilions with ample parking and which are all 100% accessible. There is a beach with concessions as well, and a Youth Camp Facility can also be rented as part of your event at the Hugh Birch Taylor State Park.

Noted as one of the most unique features within the city, among all Broward County parks, this one is frequently compared to Central Park in New York City because it is an oasis of natural greenness and wildlife in an urban region. However, where Central Park is landlocked, Hugh Birch Taylor State Park makes one of the finest Broward County event venues because it does have so much water frontage. Two of the pavilions (#1 and #2) are tucked beneath the shaded canopy of the trees and also just a short walking distance to the Beach Gate. The third, (Pavilion #3) is right along the Intracoastal Waterway with amazing views and sea breezes. All three of these pavilions are equipped with water and electricity and can easily accommodate up to 75 guests.

You can book the pavilion and self-cater, hiring whatever vendors are needed to provide food and drink services. However, any activities have to be allowed within the Broward County parks guidelines. As already indicated, the campground can also be rented along with one or more pavilions, making this one of the most unique options among all Broward County event venues
