Rolling Oaks Barn

The Rolling Oaks Barn is one of the West Broward event spaces that is great for weddings, company picnics, and corporate events. Part of the Town of Southwest Ranches Rolling Oaks Park, it was renovated and re-opened in early 2015 and features several rental spaces. There is the east meeting room, a community room and nearby is a pavilion.

When using the Rolling Oaks Barn as one of the finer Davie event spaces or West Broward venues, you will be required to arrange catering, and the spaces have varying capacities. The meeting room is for smaller events and can hold only 16 guests while the community room is much larger and can easily seat more than 140 guests. Events must be finished long before midnight as facilities are required to be fully cleaned when vacating.

The Rolling Oaks Barn has a full kitchen and also allows barbecues outdoors as well as providing for disc jockeys or bands. There are some limitations about locations for music and amplified sound as it is in the heart of a public park. If your need for West Browrd event spaces or West Broward venues requires outdoor options that include everything from horse riding to bouncy houses, these too are allowed but must meet the town's guidelines.

Additionally, self-catering is required and serving of alcohol is allowable only with pre-approval of the town. Decorating is allowed in this site as long as it meets all printed guidelines, and rentals come with access to all of the tables, chairs and other furnishings in the building. Vendors must be cleared by the town during the application process.

Though it may seem like there are many guidelines in place for using this unique and appealing setting, it is in the heart of a lovely town park. It is a wonderful spot for an event with ample parking and great views
