Our MGC Puerto Rican Menu is a meal featuring four courses. This four-course menu is perfect for catering a dinner at someone's home or a venue. Our Puerto Rican Menu can be enjoyed in the afternoon or evening for a special occasion. It consists of multiple individual dishes set to come out at separate times. It is divided into four courses: hors-d'oeuvre, salad, dual protein entrée, and dessert.


$35 per person plus staff & 20% service fee

160 Guest+ - $30 per person + staff & 18% service fee

320 Guest+ - $25 per person + staff & 15% service fee

480 Guest+ - $23 per person + staff & 12% service fee

640 Guest+ - $21 per person + staff & 9% service fee


Pernil

Camarones al Ajillo

  • Plump shrimp sautéed in a garlic-infused olive oil, served with a tangy hint of lemon and a touch of spicy goodness.

Arroz con Gandules

  • A traditional Puerto Rican dish of savory rice cooked with pigeon peas, seasoned with sofrito, and infused with rich flavors.

Mofongo con Chicharron

  • Mashed plantains blended with crispy pork cracklings, garlic, and spices, creating a delectable Puerto Rican classic bursting with texture and taste.

Ensalada de Coditos

  • A delightful pasta salad featuring elbow macaroni, mixed with a medley of fresh vegetables and a creamy dressing.

Ensalada Verde

  • A vibrant green salad made with a mix of crisp lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and other colorful veggies, tossed in a zesty vinaigrette.
