Hollywood North Beach Park

Hollywood North Beach Park is a 56-acre park that offers visitors more than one mile of public beach front and stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway. It is also among the Broward County parks that can also do duty as one of the more unique Broward County event venues, too.
Though many head to Hollywood North Beach Park for the waterfront, it also offers two large picnic shelters - the Bridge and the Cove shelters tucked into the Loggerhead Pocket Park area. Both are a short walk from the beach, offer amazing views, and are fully equipped with electricity, water and some cooking equipment. They are steps from restrooms, and to book them as Broward County event venues, you will require permits from the Broward County parks.
If an event at the scenic Hollywood North Beach Park appeals, the Bridge Shelter can accommodate up to 50 seated guests and stands near the drawbridge as well as offering great views. Parking for this site is fee-based and metered, and it is strictly a self-catering facility but is fully equipped. The Cove shelter is the smaller of the two and sits overlooking a cove. It too has metered or fee-based parking and can accommodate 50 guests, as well.
The Carpenter House is also a two-story property within the park that Is available for rental and private functions. It too has a maximum capacity of 50 guests and is ideal for conferences and special events. It has a full kitchen, reading room and gorgeous grounds.
Broward County parks has many excellent Broward County event venues, but those at this park are scenic and appealing. If you would like a more formal setting, the Carpenter House is a remarkable find and offers indoor and outdoor options.
