Cutler Bay, located along Biscayne National Park in Biscayne Bay, boasts a rich history and some of the most beautiful weather in Miami-Dade County. The Town contains the Cutler Fossil Site, where mammoths, saber-toothed tigers, and California condors are among the many fossil records. The park held archeological evidence of Native American habitation of the land 10,000 years ago. Tequesta burial mounds are also found there. The area called Cutler Ridge had been called the "Hunting Ground" by some of the earliest Caucasian settlers circa 1825. Great weather and history make for a wonderful wedding or corporate event location.

Cutler Bay has parks that feature space for catered events of all types
Lakes by the Bay Park is a 45-acre multi-use park located on SW 216th Street, one block east of SW 87th Avenue (directly behind Whigham Elementary School). The park is also adjacent to a 47-acre Miami-Dade County Park. The Town's portion of Lakes By the Bay Park consists of three lighted baseball/softball fields, four batting cages, two lighted soccer/football/lacrosse fields, a .6 mile exercise path with fitness stations, covered playground, restroom/concession building, and paved parking for approximately 100 vehicles. Future development of Lakes By the Bay Park will include the installation of a canoe/kayak launch, picnic facilities, and a community/nature center.
Bel Aire Park is a 5-acre park located on Franjo Road south of SW 184th Street. The park is the home of the Palmetto Raiders Youth Development Club tackle football and cheerleading program. The park is also used extensively for adult soccer and youth lacrosse practices and games. Along with the lighted athletic field, Bel Aire Park includes restrooms, a playground area, and a paved parking lot.
Franjo Park is a 5-acre park on Franjo Road just west of Old Cutler Road. The park is the long-time home of the Perrine Baseball and Softball Association (PBSA). The park has three lighted baseball/softball fields, batting cages, the PBSA clubhouse, and restroom and concession buildings.
Ludovici Park is a quiet and charming oasis, perfect for musical performances to enjoying a library book – all at once! This park offers something for everyone with its meandering walkways, shaded gazebo, and manicured gardens. The 5,000-square-foot Palmetto Bay Branch Library is the main feature, complemented by the Edward & Arlene Feller Community Room and Amphitheater. The 2,000-square-foot, two-story Community Room offers ample meeting space overlooking the beautiful blue waters of Biscayne Bay. The first-story amphitheater features a dramatic space for special performances and an additional outdoor area for lectures, workshops, and children's activities. Ludovici Park is the perfect venue to host a small party, a musical performance, or a successful community fundraiser event.
